Alemanno tra flop e bluff. Solo questo è il titolo che si può dare alla prima giornata di targhe alterne a Roma dell'era Alemanno. E' semplicemente assurdo fermare il traffico a Roma senza potenziare il trasporto pubblico in città, già mal ridotto dai tagli del gorveno Berlusconi. Così oggi i cittadini romani pagano il prezzo di 3 anni di nulla da parte di questa giunta, sul piano della prevenzione, e dell'applicazione di piani per ridurre le emissioni inquinanti, favorire l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici, e delle biciclette.
